About Umar Abdullah
Umar Abdullah is an Associate Director at Adel Law LLC. He was admitted to the Singapore Bar on 9 May 2018 and has practised law since 2018. His work covers civil and commercial disputes, corporate law and employment matters. He advises small and medium-sized businesses, startups and corporate clients on company formation, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, employment issues, fundraising, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions.
Before entering private practice, Umar worked as a prosecutor and legal officer at Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower. This gave him experience in employment legislation, regulatory matters and court proceedings.
